Buffer alternative

PandaQueue vs Buffer

Buffer is simple, friendly and cheap for a few accounts. Because it charges per channel, the bill grows with every account you add. PandaQueue charges a flat price for up to 30, 60 or 100 channels.

Prices checked 17 October 2026 on buffer.com/pricing.

The short answer
  • Pick PandaQueue if you manage more than a few channels, post to networks like Telegram, Discord, Mastodon or WordPress, or want approvals without paying per channel.
  • Pick Buffer if you have 1 to 3 accounts (its free plan is excellent), want a community inbox, or need YouTube, Threads, Pinterest or Google Business Profile today.

What it costs as you add channels

Buffer Essentials is $6 per channel a month and Team is $12 per channel (for the first 10, billed monthly; yearly is cheaper). PandaQueue is a flat price per plan.

ChannelsBuffer EssentialsBuffer TeamPandaQueue
3$18/month (or Free)$36/month$19/month (Creator)
5$30/month$60/month$19/month (Creator)
10$60/month$120/month$19/month (Creator), or $39 for 3 people (Team)

Buffer prices are billed monthly, from its pricing page. Buffer lowers the per-channel price above 10 channels, and its Team plan includes unlimited users, which PandaQueue's Team plan doesn't (3 people; Agency has 10).

Questions

Is PandaQueue cheaper than Buffer?
It depends on how many channels you have. With 1 to 3 channels Buffer is cheaper, and its free plan costs nothing. From about 4 channels on Buffer Essentials (or 2 on Buffer Team), PandaQueue's flat $19 for 30 channels costs less.
Does PandaQueue have a free plan like Buffer?
No. PandaQueue has a 7-day free trial with no card, then paid plans from $19 a month. If you only need a few posts on up to 3 channels, Buffer's free plan is hard to beat.
Does Buffer have an API and MCP like PandaQueue?
Yes. Buffer includes an API and an official MCP server on all plans, with request limits per plan. PandaQueue also includes both on every plan.
Which networks does PandaQueue support that Buffer doesn't?
Telegram, Discord, Slack, Twitch, Nostr, Lemmy, Farcaster, Whop, WordPress, Ghost, Dev.to, Hashnode, Tumblr and Listmonk. Buffer supports YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and Substack, which PandaQueue doesn't offer to all customers yet.
Can I move my Buffer queue to PandaQueue?
Connect your accounts in PandaQueue, set your posting times per channel, then recreate the queued posts. With ChatGPT or Claude connected to PandaQueue, you can paste your list of posts and ask it to schedule them.
