Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PandaQueue, operated by Sanklad Digital Ltd (7 Brookfields Place, CV6 4QF, United Kingdom). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

PandaQueue lets you compose, schedule and publish content to social media accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and view analytics for content published through it.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old, provide accurate details, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Connected social accounts

You may only connect accounts you own or have permission to manage. Your use of each platform remains governed by that platform's own terms and policies, and those terms take precedence over ours in respect of that platform. We act solely on your instructions: we publish what you schedule, when you schedule it.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or that violates the rules of the platform it is sent to.
• Send spam, run engagement-farming schemes, or operate networks of accounts designed to mislead.
• Circumvent any platform's rate limits, access controls or review processes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users' data.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these rules, and we will act on valid reports from the platforms we integrate with.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to store your content and publish it to the destinations you select. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you publish.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Publishing depends on third party APIs that may change, rate limit or fail, and we are not liable for a platform's refusal to accept a post.

Termination

You may close your account at any time, which deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or that put the service or our platform integrations at risk.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
