Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PandaQueue, operated by Sanklad Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 14223393) at 7 Brookfields Place, Coventry, West Midlands, CV6 4QF, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use PandaQueue for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

The service

PandaQueue lets you compose, schedule and publish content to social media accounts you own or are authorised to manage, collaborate with your team and clients, and view analytics for those accounts. You can use it in the web app, through our API, our MCP server for AI assistants, or our command-line tool.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age to use the platforms you connect, if higher), give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and in workspaces you own, including actions taken by people you invite and by apps, API keys and AI assistants you connect.

Connected social accounts

You may only connect accounts you own or are allowed to manage. Your use of each platform remains governed by that platform's own terms and policies, which take precedence over ours for that platform. We act on your instructions: we publish what you or your team schedule, when it is scheduled.

PandaQueue uses YouTube API Services. If you connect a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and our use of your YouTube data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Plans, trials and payment

• Trial. A new workspace gets a free 7-day trial of the Team plan, one per person, with no card required.
• After the trial. If no plan is chosen, the workspace is locked: you can still sign in, see and export your data and save drafts, but scheduled posts are held and nothing new can be scheduled or published until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.
• Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you subscribe and exclude any applicable taxes, which are added at checkout.
• Changing or cancelling. You can change plan or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
• Refunds. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it or we decide otherwise. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, the plan keeps working for 7 days while it is retried; after that the workspace is locked until payment succeeds.
• Plan limits. Each plan has limits, such as channels, team members and AI use. Over a limit, existing channels, people and posts keep working and only adding more waits for an upgrade.
• Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change, which applies from your next billing period.

AI features

Optional AI features suggest text, such as rewritten captions. Suggestions can be wrong or unsuitable; review them before publishing. You are responsible for what you choose to publish.

API, MCP and developer use

You may use our API, MCP server, command-line tool and SDK to automate your own use of PandaQueue or to build apps for other PandaQueue users with their permission. Keep API keys and client secrets confidential, respect rate limits and plan limits, and do not use them to get around platform rules or to access data you are not authorised to see. We may revoke keys or apps that break these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful or harassing, or that breaks the rules of the platform it is sent to.
• Send spam, run engagement-farming schemes, or operate networks of accounts designed to mislead.
• Get around any platform's rate limits, access controls or review processes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users' data, or interfere with the service's operation.

We may remove content from the service, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and act on valid reports from the platforms we integrate with.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload and write. You give us only the licence needed to store, process and display your content in the service and to publish it to the destinations you choose. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you publish.

Our service

PandaQueue, its software and its branding belong to us. These terms give you the right to use the service, not ownership of it. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Publishing depends on third-party APIs that may change, rate-limit or fail, and we are not responsible for a platform refusing or removing a post.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings, which deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy; export anything you want to keep first. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or our platform integrations at risk. We will give notice where reasonable.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date, and tell account owners by email about significant changes at least 14 days before they apply. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
